Get to the Bulletin Message Editing menu by entering [#]
at this prompt in any level.
You will hear the prompt:
To record a new message, press [I].
To erase the message, press [2].
To review the message, press [3].
To assign an extension, press [4].
To assign a mailbox, press [S].
