Trouble Shooting

Solution
Replace
Reset breaker, plug in unit.
Check fan shroud housing and wire pro-
tective guard for damage
Check for dislodged connector
Replace/Refill cylinder / Open valve
Check line with soapy water
Check and clean/replace
Repair or Replace
Inspect the circuit
Check and Replace
Check setting/Check knob/Replace poten-
tiometer.
Check the board
Increase tension
Change roller or wire size to match
Change out wire spool
Repair or change it, clear wire from liner/
clean liner with compressed air
Clean or replace. If with Aluminum, in-
crease tip size to next size.
Check Work clamp/ cables
Check the circuit
Check over-voltage, over-current, over-
temperature, lower-voltage and over-
temperature. Allow unit to cool if over
heated. Check power plug for problems
Repair or Replace it
Check the circuit
