4.13.1 Displaying the training zone in normal mode

you can also obtain a graphical image of the area in which you are currently
training:

In normal mode, press
display.

A three-part bar in the bottom display segment shows you the area of the
preset target zone that you are currently in.
4.14 Setting the intensity zones 1, 2, 3, and 4
The roX 6.0 has four intensity zones, which make it easier to control your long
term training. The values are automatically calculated based on your maximum
heart rate. you can also customize the values for the individual intensity zones.
