To troubleshoot a non-working rear camera on an Axxera AV614BH after winter storage, follow these steps:
1. Check Camera Power Wire: Ensure the camera power wire is connected to the power antenna (blue) wire of the receiver.
2. Test Reverse Gear Activation: Confirm that the unit switches to camera mode automatically when the vehicle is in reverse gear.
3. Manual Camera Mode: Press and hold the MODE button on the faceplate for more than two seconds to manually enable camera mode. Hold again to return to the previous mode.
4. Inspect Connections: Check all wiring and connections for damage or disconnection caused by cold temperatures or moisture.
5. Check Troubleshooting Guide: Refer to the troubleshooting guide in the owner’s manual for additional steps.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, further inspection or service may be needed.
