The rebound, compression
and spring preload of the
front and rear Öhlins spring
strut can be adjusted. To
change the steering ge-
ometry and to increase the
clearance with the motor-
cycle inclined, the length
of the rear spring strut can
also be adjusted.

Thanks to its design and
the favorable lever ratio, the
Magura radial brake fitting
enables the offered braking
performance to be utilized
sensitively. The clutch lever
fitting also has a radial de-
sign. The handlebar stubs
are installed in a milled fork
bridge and can be adjusted
in the offset.

In addition to its compact
design and a low system
weight, the BMW Motorrad
ABS available as optional
equipment also enables the
ABS function to be deac-
tivated. And high braking
performance is made possi-
ble by the integrated pres-
sure sensor.
4
To increase the clearance
with the motorcycle in-
clined, the position of the
slider tubes in the lower
fork bridge can be changed.
Maximum ease of handling
is achieved for the racetrack
when the fork bridge is set
as low as possible and the
spring strut as high as pos-
sible. Maximum clearance
with the motorcycle inclined
is achieved by also position-
ing the fork bridge as high
as possible.
5
The radially screwed Brem-
bo Monobloc brake calipers
and the 320 mm brake
disks enable the deceler-
ation values required for the
racetrack.
6
The light, exclusive forged
wheels are also overmilled
for maximum weight reduc-
tion.
