Menu item Purpose
FTP Prints the FTP guide on
scanning items to send to an
FTP site.
Print Defects Prints the Print defects guide
which aids in resolving repeating
defects for copy or print.
Supplies Guide Prints the Supplies guide about
ordering supplies.

Manage Shortcuts

To manage Fax, E-mail, FTP, and Profile shortcuts, only deletions of an entry or a complete list are possible. Use the up
and down arrows to scroll through the listing of shortcut items if there are enough entries on the screen for the up and down
arrows to appear. The following example shows a Profile shortcuts screen with no items in the list selected. It does not
show arrows since there are only three shortcuts listed which all appear on one screen. As the status message bar
indicates, it shows 1 to 3 entries of a total of 3 entries. If there were more entries, scrolling up and down with arrows would
be possible. Since none of the entries are selected, Delete Entry is an unavailable button since it is not active. Only the
Delete List button is available.
