Spray arm clogged bout every 3 months calcium don't know,cleaner run thru system?
To clean the spray arm of an American Dish Service ASQ and prevent calcium clogs:
1. Turn off and drain the machine using the drain switch on the control box.
2. Remove the hood top by lifting it up about one inch and sliding it toward you.
3. Remove the carousel by lifting it 1½ inches to clear the pivot pin, then pull it toward you.
4. Remove the splash shields by lifting the inner edge and sliding them toward the center.
5. Lift the spray arm off its pivot to remove it.
6. Clean the spray arm thoroughly to remove any calcium buildup.
7. Reassemble the components in reverse order after cleaning.
