Assembly Instructions R e move all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are pre sent before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully assembled, go b a ck and check to make certain all the bolt s are tighten. Tighten a gain u sin g the screwdriver provide d if necessary. Estimated Assembly Time: 50 minutes. - Page 9 Ste p 3 a) Place the front beam (5) in front of the cart assembly. b) Align the holes on the left inside of the cart assembly with holes on the front beam. c) Insert one M6x20mm Bolt (A), one spring washer (D) and one M6 washer (C) into each hole.
- Page 10 Step 5 a) Align the rollers of the drawers (8) with the drawer guides. b) Slide the drawer into the cart assembly. Step6 a) Place the body assembly (9) on top of the cart assembly. Note: Make certain the pre-drilled holes on the left side of the body assembly are properly aligned.
- Page 11 Step7 a) Align the h o le s o n the hinges of side burner top lid (1 0 -1) with the h ole s on the hinges of right side shelf ( 10 -2). b) Insert one shaft (H) into e ach pre -drilled ho le on the hinges.
- Page 12 Step9 a) Align the holes on side knob seat (13) with the holes on the right side shelf and side burner valve. Screw one M4x12mm bolt (B) and one M4 washer (E) into each pre-drilled hole. b) Tighten the bolts using the screwdriver provided.

Connecting the Gas Cylinder L P (Prop an e) Gas Su p ply Connection Always place the propane cylinder on the tank brackets located on the right side of the cart. Always confirm that all burner control knobs are in the OFF position before activating the gas supply. Before connection, be sure that there is no debris caught in the head of the gas cylinder, head of the regulator valve, or in the head of the burner and burner ports. - Page 19 4.
