  • Page 6 Secure the front stabiliser (55) and rear stabiliser (25) to the main frame (4), using bolts (20) and washers (21). Secure the bottle cage (15) to the main frame (4), using screws (8). Put the bottle (16) into the bottle cage (15). Slide the handlebar connection (3) into the main frame (4) and tighten the L- shape knob (5) to secure.
  • Page 7 Slide the seat assembly (18) into the seat post (17) and tighten the L-shape knob (5) to secure. Slide the seat post (17) into the main frame (4) and tighten the L-shape knob to secure. Firmly screw the pedals (26) into the crank arms (29).
  • Page 8 Secure the monitor bracket (2) and handlebar (72) onto the handlebar connection (3) with 4 x screws (64), 4 x spring washers (65) and 4 x washers (21). Fix monitor (1) on the monitor bracket (2), and connect with the sensor wire (68) and pulse sensor wire (74).
  • Page 9 Firstly fix 2 x brackets (62) on the handlebar (72) with 4 x screws (63) and 4 x cap nuts (54). Then fix the handlebar pad (39) onto the bracket (62).

To increase resistance, turn the tension knob clockwise, whereas to decrease the resistance, turn the tension knob anti-clockwise.
