A record of health-related events, symptoms, and other observations that may help you see
patterns in your glucose levels.
A comprehensive summary of glucose results relative to your glucose targets. You can view
statistical reports for 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, or 28-day periods. Viewing this kind of information can
help you see patterns in your glucose levels.
Information about the system and how it is working, such as sensor time or battery life
remaining.
A short name for the FreeStyle Navigator Continuous Glucose Monitoring System.
System messages (For example, low battery life, time for calibration).
A menu available from the Main menu that is used to access status information and other functions.
Also called Tx. A small electronic device that makes an electrical connection to the portion of
the sensor that extends above the skin. The transmitter processes the very low current signals it
receives from the sensor and sends the glucose data to the receiver once every minute.
The wireless connection needed for the system to function. The transmitter and the receiver must
be within 10 feet of each other for the connection to be valid.
A connector that helps secure the transmitter to the sensor support mount.
Allows you to view the transmitter serial ID number and battery life remaining.

The process of removing the transmitter ID from the receiver. Once unlinked, the receiver will no
