Special Keyboard Functions

Functional keys

The following define the functional keys on the Notebook PC's keyboard. The colored commands can only be accessed by

first pressing and holding the function key while pressing a key with a colored command.

Note:

The Hot Key locations on the function keys may vary depending on model but the functions should remain the same. Follow the icons instead of

the function keys.

: Play/Pause (in Windows Media Pl ayer)

Fn + ~

Fn + F1 : To Enable/Disable the Touchpad

Fn + F2 : To Turn LCD Backlight Off (Press any key or use Touchpad to turn it on back)

Fn + F3 : To Mute/Unmute the Audio

Fn + F4 : System Sleep button

Fn + F5 : To Decrease the Speaker Volume

Fn + F6 : To Increase the Speaker Volume

Fn + F7 : To Toggle the display between LCD and external Monitor

Fn + F8 : To Decrease LCD Display Brightness

Fn + F9 : To Increase LCD Display Brightness

Fn + F10 : To Enable/Disable Webcam

Fn + F11 : To ON/OFF the WLAN/Bluetooth

Fn + Ins : Scroll lock ON/OFF

Fn + Del : Num Lock ON/OFF

: Pageup

: Page down
