Align the two sides of the
chest clip
and snap
them together. The chest
clip must be positioned at
armpit level.

Tighten the harnesses by pulling on the harness
straps
from the back of the harness adjusters.
To tighten the harness straps on an Embrace with
A-Lock, pull the harness adjuster strap
of the restraint, as shown.
The harness straps must be
snug against the child.
A snug strap should not
allow any slack. It lies in
a relatively straight line
without sagging. It does
not press on the child's flesh
or push the child's body
into an unnatural position.
Check the harness straps
near the shoulders for slack
and adjust as needed.

To loosen the harness straps, squeeze the harness
adjusters
while pulling on the straps

Press the red buckle
release

and pull the chest clip
apart.
