Deleting a Proof Print File
If the printed document is not what you expected, you can delete the proof print file. You can then
revise it and print again until the settings become OK.
Using the Control Panel

Press [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] to display a file you want to print, and then press
[Enter #].

The following message appears on the panel display.

Press [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] to set the number of copy printings.

You can set the number up to 999.

Press [Enter #].

Press the {User Tools} key of the machine's operation panel.

Press {4} on the number keys.

After confirming that "Proof Print" is on the display, press [Enter #].

Press [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] until "Delete File" appears, and then press [Enter #].
