1 Headlight sub-wire harness
2 Install the ground lead terminal
with the rectifier/regulator upper
bolt.
3 Oil tank outlet hose
4 Fasten the starter motor lead and
A.C. magneto lead with the
holder.
5 Starter motor lead
6 Place the end of the coolant res-
ervoir breather hose between the
engine and the heat exchanger.
7 To the tail/brake light
8 Fasten the coolant hose 1 with
the holder. Face the fastener out-
ward.
9 Fasten the wire harness with the
holder. Secure the frame cross
member and the holder to the
frame with the nut and bolt.
0 Connect the gear position switch
lead to the gear position switch
(with reverse models) or fold the
lead back (without reverse mod-
els).

C Coolant reservoir
D Coolant reservoir breather hose
E Fasten the brake hose with the
hose holder.
F Brake hose
G Parking brake cable
H Fasten the coolant reservoir
breather hose and coolant hose
9 together with the clip.
I The fastener of the screw clamp
should be towards the front of
the snowmobile with the screw-
head facing outward.
J Fasten the coolant hose 9 at the
white paint mark with the plastic
band. Install the plastic band with
the buckle facing outward and
the end facing towards the front
of the snowmobile.
K Fasten the positive battery lead
and negative battery lead with
the holder.
CHEMINEMENT DES CABLES
KABELDRAGNINGSSCHEMA
1 Faisceau de fils secondaire des pha-
res
2 Monter la borne de fil de masse à
l'aide du boulon supérieur du
redresseur/régulateur.
3 Flexible de sortie de réservoir
d'huile
4 Attacher le fil du démarreur et le fil
de l'alternateur au support.
5 Fil du démarreur
6 Placer l'extrémité de la durite de
mise à l'air du vase d'expansion
entre le moteur et l'échangeur de
chaleur.
7 Vers le feu arrière/stop
8 Attacher la durite de liquide de
refroidissement 1 au support. Diri-
ger l'attache vers l'extérieur.
9 Attacher le faisceau de fils au sup-
port. Fixer la traverse et le support
au cadre à l'aide de la vis et de
l'écrou.
0 Brancher le fil du contacteur de
position d'engrenage dans le contac-
teur de position d'engrenage (pour
les modèles à marche arrière) ou
replier le fil (pour les modèles sans
marche arrière).
A Faisceau de fils

C Vase d'expansion
D Durite de mise à l'air du vase
d'expansion
E Attacher le flexible de frein au sup-
port de flexible de frein.
F Flexible de frein
G Câble de frein de stationnement
H Attacher ensemble la durite de mise
à l'air du vase d'expansion et la
durite de liquide de refroidissement
9 à l'aide d'un clip.
I Diriger l'attache du collier à vis vers
l'avant de la motoneige et la tête de
la vis vers l'extérieur.
J Attacher la durite de liquide de
refroidissement 9 à l'aide d'un col-
lier réutilisable à l'endroit repéré en
blanc. Diriger la boucle du collier
réutilisable vers l'extérieur et
l'extrémité du collier vers l'avant de
la motoneige.
K Attacher les câbles positif et négatif
de batterie au support.

SPEC
1 Strålkastarens sub-kabelstam
2 Montera jordledningskontakten
med likriktarens/regulatorns övre
skruv.
3 Oljetankens utloppsslang
4 Fäst startmotorns ledning och
AC-magnetens ledning med hål-
laren.
5 Startmotorns ledning
6 Placera ändan på kylvätskebe-
hållarens ventilationsslang mel-
lan motorn och värmeväxlaren.
7 Till bak/bromsljuset
8 Fäst kylarslang 1 med hållaren.
Vänd fästanordningen utåt.
9 Fäst kabelstammen med hålla-
ren. Skruva fast ramtvärbalken
och hållaren i ramen med mut-
tern och bulten.
0 Anslut växellägets omkopplarled-
ning till växellägets omkopplare
(modeller med back) eller vik till-
baka ledningen (modeller utan
back).

C Kylvätskebehållare
D Kylvätskebehållarens ventila-
tionsslang
E Fäst bromsslangen med slang-
hållaren.
F Bromsslang
G Parkeringsbromsvajer
H Fäst kylvätskebehållarens venti-
lationsslang och kylarslang 9 till-
sammans med en klämma.
I Fästanordningen på skruvkläm-
man kan vara riktad mot snösko-
terns front med skruvhuvudet
vänt utåt.
J Fäst kylarslang 9 vid det vita
färgmärket med ett plastband.
Sätt på plastbandet med spännet
vänt utåt och ändan vänd mot
snöskoterns front.
K Fäst den positiva batteriled-
ningen och negativa batteriled-
ningen med hållaren.
