Basic Operations (Cont.)
Sleep Time
Set the desired sleep time (available options: 15min, 30min, 45min, 60min, 90min,
120min, OFF).
Summer Time
Set the Daylight Savings Time on or off.
Adv Timer
Access the listing of booked reminders and recordings.
TV Setup Settings
TV format
Select the aspect ratio suitable for your
TV from the available options: 4:3 LB,
4:3 PS, 16:9 LB, 16:9 FIT. Default setting
is 16:9 FIT.
TV Mode
If the video does not appear as it
should, you may need to change the
TV format settings. It should match the
most common setting for TVs in your
country, either NTSC or PAL, depending on the system in your country.
NOTE: The Australian signal is PAL.

Video output

Set the video output setting to HDMI, RCA (CVBS), SCART(CVBS), SCART(RGB) or
YCbCr(YUV).
TV Resolution
Select video output from the following options: Auto, 720p@50Hz, 1080i@50Hz,
1080p@50Hz.

OSD Transparency

Set transparency of OSD (On-Screen Display) value from 1 (maximum transparency) to
8 (minimum transparency).
Banner Display Time
Set the display duration of infomation bar. Available options: 1 sec/3 sec/5 sec/10
sec/30 sec/Always.
