Getting Started (Cont.)

PVR function

NOTE: Before you can record with this set top box (including time-shift recording), you
must have inserted a FAT32 formatted USB storage device into USB port.

Instant recording

• Insert a USB disk into the set top box, the message "USB disk plugged in." will
appear.
• Activate instant recording by pressing PVR button.
• Select recording duration upto a maximum of 24hrs in 15 minute intervals.
• While recording, the recording icon and recording time will be show
• To stop recording at any time, press EXIT button.

Scheduled Recording

• While you are in EPG electronic program data list, press the
access the booking function.
• Select the channel type for recording (TV/Radio).
• Select the channel number for recording.
• Select the date for recording.
• Select the start time for recording.
• Select the end time for recording.
• Select the mode of recording (Once/Weekly/Weekend/Weekday/Daily).
• Select the Timer Mode or recording (Remind/Record).
• Press OK to confirm the booking.
• Press OK to edit a scheduled program.
