TURNING THE HANDSET ON
To turn on the handset press the Left
Softkey
TURNING THE HANDSET OFF
To turn of the handset press the Left
Softkey until Turn off? is displayed.
Press Yes to confirm.
SPEAKER VOLUME CONTROL
Use the key on the upper right side of
the handset to adjust the speaker
volume.
MAKING A CALL
Press the
button, the icon in the
Dial the number onto the keypad.
Pre-dial:
Dial the number onto the keypad (long
press on the
button will make a
pause, if necessary). Press the

Telephone book:
Press the Menu to enter the Main
Menu.
Scroll to Phone Book and press
Select button.
Scroll to Find Name and press Select

Find the desired name and press the

ANSWERING/ENDING A CALL
To answer a call, press the

To place a caller on hold, press the R

To retrieve the call, press R twice.
LOGON TO VOICE PORTAL

WAITING INDICATOR
Press
button then dial *99.
KEY LOCK
Lock Keypad:
Press the MENU soft-key then the
button (display will show the keypad
locked icon).
Unlock Keypad:
Press the MENU soft-key and then the
button again (display will show idle
text).
SILIENT MODE
Activate:
To disable audible ring press the MENU
soft-key then the # button (display will
show the silent mode icon).
De-activate:
To unlock the handset keypad, press the
MENU soft-key and then the # button
again (display will show idle text).
TRANSFER
Attended:
While on a call press the R button.
Dial the extension of phone number.
Wait for answers.
Press
to hang-up
Blind:
While on a call press the R button.
Dial the extension of phone number.
Wait for ring tone.
Press
to hang-up
CALL PARK
Press R button then dial *68 and the
extension of phone which call is to be
parked, then hang up
CALL PARK RETRIEVE
Press
button then dial *88 to retrieve
the parked call.
CALL PICKUP
Enables you to pickup an incoming call
ringing at another extension which is a
member of the same pickup group.
To perform call pickup, dial *98 and then
press the
button.
DIRECTED CALL PICKUP
Enables you to pickup an incoming
call ringing at an extension.
To perform direct call pickup, dial *97
and the extension of the phone which
is ringing, then press the
button.
CALL FORWARD ALL
Activate:
Press
button then dial *72 then
enter the phone number where you
want your calls to ring, wait for
confirmation, then hang-up.
De-activate:
Press
button then dial *73 wait
for confirmation, then hang-up.
CALL FORWARD BUSY
Activate:
Press
button then dial *90 then
enter the phone number where you
want your calls to ring, wait for
confirmation, then hang-up.
De-activate:
Press
button then dial *91 wait
for confirmation, then hang-up.
CALL FORWARD NO ANSWER
Activate:
Press
button then dial *92 then
enter the phone number where you
want your calls to ring, wait for
confirmation, then hang-up.
De-activate:

3 - WAY CONFERENCE
The handset registered onto BroadWorks
can be included in a conference call, only if
the conference originates from a SIP IP
phone and analogue phones.
CALL RETURN
Press
button then dial *69.
The last incoming phone number is
redialled.
LAST NUMBER REDIAL - HANDSET
Press Menu to enter main menu.
Scroll to Call register and press Select
button.
Scroll to Outgoing calls and press Select
button.
Scroll to the desired name or number and
press
button.
