Fiber Board Installation

Place the large piece of fiber board on top of the
tile stop. Center it over the tile stop and secure it to
the framing with suitable fasteners (use steel stud
screws or drywall screws with a pilot hole).
NOTE: The fiber board rests on the tile stop and
may cause it to deflect slightly. You may need to
shim the fiber board to insure it is level and does
not cause the tile stop to dip down.
HINT: Mark the locations of the steel studs on the
tile stop prior to placing the fiberboard. This will
insure your screws line up with the studs.
Install the second large piece of fiber board.
