1. No tip on the spray gun
2. Tip bore too large
3. Intake filter blocked
4. Spray gun filter insert blocked
5. Spray gun filter insert too fine for
coarse material
6. Intake hose not screwed tightly
onto intake valve
7. Intake hose leaky
8. Outlet valve parts worn
9. Intake valve parts worn
10. High-pressure filter blocked
11. Overall hose length too long

Remedy
1. Use correct tip
2. Use smaller or new tip
3. Clean or replace filter
