Description
Configure the basic network settings.
If you select "DHCP", you must then
select whether the DNS setting is
configured automatically or
manually. If you select "STATIC",
you must manually specify the IP
address, subnet mask, default
gateway, and DNS servers.
Select whether the DNS server
information should be obtained
automatically (i.e., provided by the
DHCP server) or if you will specify it
manually.
If you select "Manual", see "DNS1"
and "DNS2" below.
Enter the IP address of the primary
DNS server.
Enter the IP address of the
secondary DNS server.
If a secondary DNS server is not
required, leave this item blank.
Enter the IP address to assign to the
unit.
Enter the subnet mask for your
network.
Enter the IP address of the default
*1
gateway for your network.
Enter the IP address of the primary
DNS server.
Enter the IP address of the
secondary DNS server.
If a secondary DNS server is not
required, leave this item blank.
Configure the VLAN (Virtual LAN)
settings.
Select whether to enable the VLAN
functionality.
Specify the necessary settings for
using the phone features over a
VLAN.
