5. Remove the two self-tapping
screws securing the taillight to the
bumper; then route the harness out
of the bumper and remove the tail-
light.
6. Route the taillight harness through
the bumper; then secure the tail-
light to the bumper with the two
self-tapping screws.
7. Carefully
beneath the Speedrack mount and
through the hole in the storage
compartment panel; then connect
the harness connector.
8. Tighten the three right-side mount
cap screws; then lower the front
seat.
9. Place the rear seat into position on
the mount making sure the four
pin holes are properly aligned with
the mounting location on the
mount.
10. Install the four pins making sure
they are properly seated.
! WARNING
Make sure the rear seat is securely
locked in place with the four pins
before carrying a passenger or
personal injury may result.
Removing and
Installing Taillight/
Brakelight (Crossfire/
M-Series Models)
These models are equipped with an
LED taillight/brakelight. If the LED
fails, it must be replaced. To remove
and install the LED, use the following
procedure.
1. Drill out the rivets securing the
snowflap to the tunnel end cap.

2. Disconnect the taillight harness
connector.
3. Remove the two self-tapping
screws securing the taillight to the
snowflap.
4. Secure the taillight to the snowflap
with the two self-tapping screws;
then connect the taillight connector.
5. Secure the snowflap to the tunnel
end cap with rivets.
Removing and
Installing Taillight/
Brakelight Bulb
(Bearcat 570/F-Series/
Z1/T-Series/TZ1
Models)
1. On the F-Series/Z1 models from
inside the rear storage compart-
ment, remove the self-tapping
screws and washers securing the
taillight/brakelight housing.
2. On the Bearcat 570/T-Series/TZ1
models, remove the torx-head cap
screws securing the taillight access
panel.
