Cisco TelePresence System Quick Set C20 and Profiles using C20

Factory reset

When performing a factory reset the call logs will be deleted
and all system parameters will be reset to default values. All
files that have been uploaded to the system will be deleted.
Release keys and option keys will be preserved.
It is not possible to undo a factory reset.

We recommend that you backup your
system's log files and configuration
before you perform a factory reset;
otherwise these data will be lost.

Configuration Backup
follow the instructions to save the files
on your computer.

1. Read the provided information
carefully before you restore the
factory settings by clicking
a factory

Reset
to confirm your choice,

Cancel
if you have changed your
mind.
Wait while the system resets. The
