Left side - PSE Status LED (LED is off when the PoE module is absent):

Solid green. The system is operating normally.
Blinking green. A PoE daughter board is present and the system is operating
normally.
Solid yellow. The system is booting.
Blinking yellow. System boot failed or some other failure has occurred.
Off. Power is disconnected.
Solid green. The chassis is powered by power bank.
Blinking green. The chassis is powered by power bank, and RPS MCU failed.
Solid yellow. The chassis is powered by an RPS device.
Blinking yellow. The chassis is powered by RPS and RPS MCU failed.
Off. The I/O controller failed.
Off. The blade acts as a member blade of the chassis.
Solid green. The blade acts as supervisor blade of the chassis.
Solid yellow. The blade acts as backup supervisor blade of the chassis.
Blinking yellow. The blade is a member but without a supervisor blade.
Off. No link is established on the port.
Solid green. A valid 1000 Mbps link is established on the port.
Blinking green. Packet transmission or reception is occurring on the port at 1000
Mbps.
Solid yellow. A valid 10/100 Mbps link is established on the port.
Blinking yellow. Packet transmission or reception is occurring on the port at 10/100
Mbps. If a combo port media changes to SFP+, the copper port LED turns off.
Off. No PoE-powered device (PD) is connected.
Solid green. The PoE-powered device (PD) is connected and the port is supplying
power successfully.
Solid yellow. One of the following failures resulted in stopping power to that port:
Short circuit on the PoE power circuit

PoE power demand exceeds power available
-
PoE current exceeds PD's classification
-
Out of proper voltage band (44-57 VDC for PoE 802.3af, 50-57 VDC for PoE+
-
802.3at, and UPoE)
