Fuel Gauge

Fuel gauge
The fuel gauge indicates the amount of fuel
in the tank.
When there are approximately 4.0 litres of
fuel remaining in the tank, the low fuel
warning light will illuminate and the trip
meter will switch to 'Range to Empty' display
(see page 25).
Note:
After refuelling, the fuel gauge and
range to empty information will be
updated
only
while
motorcycle. Depending on the riding
style, updating could take up to five
minutes.

Low Oil Pressure Warning

With the engine running, if the
engine oil pressure becomes dangerously
low, the low oil pressure warning light will
illuminate.
Stop the engine immediately if the low oil
pressure warning light illuminates. Do not
restart the engine until the fault has been
rectified.
Severe engine damage will result from
running the engine when the low oil
pressure warning light is illuminated.
Note:
The low oil pressure warning light
will illuminate if the ignition is
switched on without running the
engine.

Coolant Temperature

If
becomes too high, the high
coolant
temperature
riding
the
illuminate.
Do not continue to run the engine if the
high coolant temperature warning light is
illuminated as severe engine damage may
result.
