Installation

The Router may be reset to the original factory default settings through the following actions.

Press and hold the reset button while the device is powered off using a paper clip or similar object.

Turn on the power and the router will restart. Observe the

Wait for 5~8 seconds and then release the reset button.

The device settings will be restored to the factory default IP address

255.255.255.0. The default username and password is admin and admin.

Note: A factory reset will erase the current configuration settings and reset them to the default settings.

After restarting your DSL-500B ADSL Router, log in to the router's web-based interface and use the Setup Wizard

to configure the basic settings.
