The cooling fan
The cooling fan may operate when the main oven is on and may continue to
operate for a period after the oven has been switched off, to help cool the cav-
ity down.
To cool foods after cooking prior to refrigerating or freezing, turn the oven
function control to the defrost position and open the door.
Using Aluminium Foil
Using aluminium foil to cover the grill pan, or putting items wrapped in foil
under the grill creates a fire hazard.
