Electrical connections

External wiring must be installed in ac
cordance with current I.E.E. regulations
and any local regulations which apply.
The mains power cable must be fitted
with a fuse with a maximum rating of
16 A.
A fixed connection must be used for con
nection to the mains (230 V~, 50 Hz).
The supply cables and accessories are
connected to terminal strips inside the
appliance.
Mains connection of accessories
Accessories can be connected to the
mains directly at the control unit. This
connection is switched with the system
on/off switch (max. 3 A).
If the equipment is installed in a bath
room or shower room, the mains connec
tion of accessories must not be carried
out at the control unit.

Electrical connections
Interlock circuit
An interlock circuit must be used for open
flued operation if an exhaust air unit (e.g.
extractor hood, extractor fan etc.) is in
stalled in the rooms which form part of
the interconnected combustion air supply
for the boiler.
The "connection extension adaptor"
(accessory) can be used for this purpose.
When the burner is switched on, the
exhaust air units are switched off via the
adaptor (the adaptor must not be
installed in electrical protection zone 1 or
2).
