Note:

You can check your real time heart rate (updated every four seconds) in the PULSENSE View app.

Swipe the tab located in the middle at the top of the screen to the bottom in order to display the real-

time meter.

How your heart rate measurement is being used

The PS-100 continuously monitors your heart rate and uses this recording, in addition to your body

movement, to calculate the individual activities in PULSENSE View. We therefore recommend having the

heart rate detection enabled all the time, not only during exercise.
