You can check your heart rate zone using the product LEDs. The setting can adjusted via PULSENSE View to
determine when the LEDs illuminate.

0 – 40%
40 – 70%
70 – 80%
80 – 90%
90 -100%
Note:
- Your initial target zone is calculated by your profile data.
- When using the PS-100 overnight, the heart rate zones will be adjusted according to your resting heart
rate.
