As soon as there is more than one node connected to a single port on the SSA cabinet, the
internal bypass must be suppressed. The operation to manipulate the switch by–pass is
manual. Do not forget to plug out the cabinet before intervening.
For an 8–node configuration there is no by–pass at all.
For a 7–node configuration there is one by–pass (between port 8 and port 9).
For a 6–node configuration there are two by–passes – one between port 8 and port 9,
the other one between port 1 and port 16.
For a 5–node configuration there are three by–passes – one between port 8 and port 9,
a second one between port 1 and port 16, a third one between port 12 and port 13.
