Changing the temperature

As soon as a cooking function is
selected, a recommended temperature
will appear in the display together with
its possible range.
The following recommended
temperatures are set at the factory:
Fan Plus . . . . . . . . . 160 °C (30–250 °C)
Conventional Heat . 180 °C (30–280 °C)
Moisture Plus . . . . 160 °C (130–250 °C)
Intensive Bake . . . . 170 °C (50–250 °C)
Auto Roast* . . . . . 160 °C (100–230 °C)
Full Grill . . . . . . . . 240 °C (200–300 °C)
Fan Grill . . . . . . . . 200 °C (100–260 °C)
Gentle Bake . . . . . 190 °C (100–250 °C)
Defrost . . . . . . . . . . . . 25 °C (25–50 °C)
Bottom Heat . . . . . 190 °C (100–250 °C)
* Initial searing phase temperature
approx. 230 °C, continued roasting
temperature 160 °C
^ If the recommended temperature is
suitable for your recipe, touch the OK
sensor.
^ If it is not suitable for your recipe, you
can change it for this particular
cooking programme.
^ Set the required temperature using X
or Y.
The temperature changes in 5 °C steps.
^ Touch the OK sensor.
The altered required temperature is
saved.
Using the oven - further functions
You can also permanently reset the
recommended temperature to suit
your personal cooking practices (See
"Settings - Recommended
temperatures").
