When the battery is fully charged (approx. 3½ to 4
hours for a fully discharged battery), the text
"Charged" will appear.
Remove the charger from the phone. All the bars in
the battery symbol on the left of the display will be
filled in.
The battery will feel warm while charging – this is ab-
solutely normal and is not a cause for concern.
Full performance of a new battery is achieved only af-
ter several charge and discharge cycles.
When the battery is fully discharged, a text will ap-
pear in the display when charging begins and the
battery symbol will only start to flash after approx.
3 minutes.
Remaining charge indicator:
Your mobile phone can advise you of the precise
charge level of the battery. However, no phone can tell
you how many calls you can still make with the re-
maining charge. That's why your mobile has no indica-
tor to show the absolute remaining operating time. It
might seem to the user that the device is only in ready-
to-use (i.e. standby) mode, but the power requirement
can differ greatly: if the mobile is in the car or indoors,
it will need much more power to maintain the network
connection than when it is near to a transmission
mast. When conversations are held at a higher volume
and in an area with poor reception, more power will be
