F.) Problem: There are problems with the mobile phone functions or
the phone cannot be operated at all.
Solution: Open the battery compartment and flip the battery for-
wards. In the top left corner under the battery you will see a small
button labelled RESET. Press this button for approx. 3 seconds using
a pencil. If this does not solve the problem, remove the SIM card and
the battery (also detaching the connection leads). Re-connect the
battery and re-insert the SIM card. If you are still having problems,
contact our Service Centre.
G.) Problem: Your mobile phone has gone missing.
Solution: Call your service provider immediately in order to prevent
misuse. If you lose your phone or your SIM card, you will need the
following information:
The number of the SIM card (this is on the card)
Your mobile phone number
The 15-digit IMEI serial number for the phone (this is under the
battery)
Customer service number for your service provider
H.) Problem:
Your top-up card cannot be topped up or activated when entering the
numbers. Control commands do not react when keyed into the lan-
guage menu.
Solution: Press the keys very slowly (approx. one per second) in
order to generate the DTMF tones (i.e. key tones) correctly.
