Check your camera environmental rating to confirm if they can be installed outdoors. When installing cameras outdoors, installation in a sheltered area is required.

    Using the Main Menu 14.1 Info The Info menu contains the following sub-menus showing system information. 14.1.1 HDD Info The HDD Info sub-menu shows information related to the hard drives installed in the sys- tem, including capacity, status, and type. Click View recording time to see the start and end times of recordings saved on the hard drives.

    Using the Main Menu To search for system logs: 1. Under Type, select the log type to search for. 2. Under Start Time and End Time, select the start and end time for your search. 3.     Using the Main Menu 14.2 Setting The Setting menu allows you to configure general system, schedule, network, recording, display, and motion settings. It also allows you to restore the system to factory defaults. 14.2.1 General The General sub-menu allows you to configure the time and general system settings. CAUTION Changing this information from the default values may disrupt the connection to the cameras.
