ABOUT THE REMOTE CONTROLLER

■ Preparing the remote controller
The remote controller already contains a lithium battery (CR2025). Pull out the insulation film to start using the
unit.
t CAUTION
¡Do not leave the remote controller in an extremely hot or humid place.
¡Do not drop any foreign object into the remote controller particularly when replacing the battery.
¡If you do not intend to use the remote controller for an extended period of time, remove the battery to avoid
possible damage from battery leakage and corrosion.
¡Spilling water, beverages or solvents onto the remote controller may cause damage. Exercise caution.
■ Replacing the battery
Under normal conditions, battery will last approximately 1 year. (The service life may be shorter, depending on
the conditions of use.)
When the battery becomes weak, the range of the remote controller becomes shorter.
Replace the battery with a new CR2025 lithium battery.
Use of any other battery may present a risk of fire or explosion.

¡Be sure to observe the correct polarity when installing the battery.
¡Do not hold the battery with metallic tweezers, otherwise a short-circuit may occur.
¡Keep the lithium battery out of the reach of children. Should the battery be swallowed, immediately consult a
doctor.
¡Wipe the battery with a dry cloth to assure a good contact.
t WARNING
Battery may explode if mistreated. Do not recharge, disassemble, or dispose of in fire.
