    This manual will guide you through the assembly process. If at any time you are having trouble with the assembly or use of this product, then please contact us at our Keys Fitness Help line. We have trained service technicians on site to take care of you, our valued customer.

  • Page 4: Important Safety Information

    • This unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. Keys Fitness recommends an equipment mat be placed under the unit to protect the floor or carpet and for easier cleaning.

  • Page 6 Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 1 Connect Main Frame (1) to U-Shaped Base (3) with Bolts (8), Washers (3) and Nylon Lock Nuts (34). Insert Slide Frame (7) onto Main Frame (1). Connect Main Frame (1) to Rear Upright () with Bolt (7), Washers (31) and Nylon Lock Nut (33).
  • Page 7 Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 2 Connect Seat Pad (8) to Seat Support (4) using Bolts () and Washers (31). Connect Seat Support (4) to Main Frame (1) as pictured using Bolt (30), Washers (3) and Nylon Lock Nut (34).

    Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 3 First attach Back Support Tubes (5) to Main Frame (1) using Screw Shaft (3), Washers (3), and Nylon Lock Nuts (34). Attach Back Pad Support () to Back Pad Support Tubes (5) and Slide Frame (7) using Screw Shaft (3), Washers (3), and Nylon Locknuts (34) as pictured.
