Assigning Voicemail Extensions

Note: To utilise the Voicemail features on the BT Versatility,
you must purchase and install the optional Voicemail module
Instruction
From the System Programming
Sub Menu Select [Extension]
Scroll down and select
[Voice Boxes]
Select the Extensions which are to be
assigned individual Voicemail Boxes

Assigning Voicemail Capacities

Note: The system assigns a limit of 20 Messages per Voicemail Box,
this may be modified if required as follows

Enter the required number of
messages allowed per extension
