- Page 2 Read and understand all instructions before using. Do not operate any device if it has been dropped or damaged. In this case, a Vaddio technician must examine the product before operating. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse in water or other liquids and avoid extremely humid conditions.

- Page 5 Vaddio HD-20, HD-19 and HD-18 PTZ cameras use Cat-5e cable for video, power and control. When terminating the Cat-5e cabling, please make sure that each cable is marked and tested for proper termination of all ends with a continuity tester. Please do not use the “pass -thru” type RJ-45 connectors.
- Page 6 DomeVIEW HD Weather-Resistant 12” Outdoor Pendant Mount Dome Camera Platform and Heater/Blower Components: When powered up, the fan will run continuously. The heater resistor will turn on at 45° F (7.22222 ºC) to keep the contents warm. Operating range with the heater blower is -10°F to 115°F (-23.3ºC to 46.1ºC). Step 5: Connect the 18/2 cable to the green Phoenix type connector as shown (circuit board is marked +24VDC and GND).

If the product is out of warranty, Vaddio will test then repair the product or products. The cost of parts and labor charge will be estimated by a technician and confirmed by the customer prior to repair.
