Specification for logic levels are the following:
Output J1
low level: Vol < 0.5 Volt, lol = 5mA
high level: Voh > 4.5 Volt, loh = -5mA
Input J1
low level: Vil < 0.8 Volt, lil = -1.6mA
high level: Vol < 2.2 Volt, lih = 200μA
