This command cancels double width printing only if it has been activated by the SO or
ESC SO commands; double width printing selected by the ESC W n or ESC ! n com-
mands is not affected.

This command increases the character density by printing twice on the same dot, with
the second stroke slightly shifted to the right with respect to the first one, this cau-
ses a reduction of the printing speed. The emphasized printing can be combined with
double strike printing.
