    Refer to Table 1 for a complete listing of models. The Roughneck V910 IP Camera Dome is a powerful IP video source for a complete digital video management system based on ViconNet Version 4 software. It is fully compatible with all ViconNet systems and is remotely managed and controlled from ViconNet workstations and Kollector Elite recorders.

    Installation Unpacking and Inspection All Vicon equipment is tested and inspected before leaving the factory. It is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the equipment in the same condition as it left the factory. Inspection for Visible Damage Immediately inspect the cartons upon delivery. Make a note of any visible damage on all copies of the carrier’s freight bill.

    Accessory Kit There is an accessory kit included with all configurations of Roughneck V910. The table below lists the contents. Description Quantity Tamperproof driver bit, ¼ hex T-15 (to remove tamperproof screws) Pipe sealant tape (to seal pipe fitting to housing)

Note: For outdoor installations, Vicon recommends that the vent plug should only be used if fogging conditions exist. Additionally, if the side cable access hole is used, the base must be mounted so the hole is pointed directly downward.

    Wiring Connections - ViconNet Board Camera Power Connections Note: Vicon systems and components, like most electronic equipment, require a clean, stable power source. Voltage irregularities such as surges, drops, and interruptions can affect the operation of your equipment and, in severe cases, damage certain components. Vicon strongly recommends the use of line conditioners, voltage regulators, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.

    Although the ViconNet software does not limit the number of Groups and Users that can be created, the Roughneck V910 Camera Dome has Users and Groups limitations. For ViconNet version 4, the dome can support the first 20 Groups (including Administrators and Guests) and the first 100 Users.
