Setting Your NAME
When you send a document, your NAME appears on the top of the copy printed out at the other station.
The NAME helps to identify you to someone who receives your transmission.

Enter your NAME (max. 25 characters and digits) by using
the Keypad. (See page 28)
Ex:
T O S H I B A
If you make a mistake, use
one space beyond the incorrect character, press
then re-enter the new character.
If more than 11 characters are entered, the left side
characters will scroll off the display.
