Purpose :
This command executes a Local Lockout (LLO) to disable a device's front panel. It is
received by all devices on the bus, whether or not they are addressed to listen.
Offset :
LLO%=18
Syntax :
CALL LLO%
CALL ABSOLUTE(LLO%)
Parameter :
None.
Bus Activity :
ATN is set true. LLO is sent.
