Single-ended configuration
A single-ended configuration for Phase A signals is shown in Fi
and Index signals.
** This resistor divider supplied by the user provides a bias voltage for the differential receiver.
RES1 = 220 ohm resistor, RES2 = 330 ohm resistor (½ watt).
