When Calling for Assistance
You must have the following information at hand if it is
necessary to contact a local service center regarding
service or repair of this unit:
1. Obtain the unit Model Number and Serial Number from
the unit ID label. See Controls for location of the label
or refer to the information recorded on the inside from
cover of the installation manual.
2. Obtain the engine identification numbers from the engine
label. See the operator's manual for location of this
information.
Storage
The generator system is designed for continuous backup
operational duty. There is no need to take any storage
precautions. However, if it becomes necessary to take the
system out of service for an extended period, call Technical
Services at 877‑369‑9400, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CT
for specific recommendations.
