Description
The conveyor unit features a full length open--ended belt which is speed
adjustable and can be set to run between 5 and 75 metres per minute. The
belt is made from PTFE coated glass fibre to ensure smooth and quiet
operation.
The lamp housing is air--cooled and has a high power "pull--down" facility to
allow substrate down to the equivalent of 85gsm paper to be used. The
built--in high power fan has an air flow sensor which ensures that the
hold--down system is effective and that the system remains cool.
The lamp reflector housing is easily accessible and is provided with an
interlocked electrical circuit. This permits the lamp reflectors to be cleaned
or changed with ease.
Entry and exit light shields allow only the minimum of UV light to escape.
A lamp power percentage meter and a lamp power switch down facility is
provided, thereby allowing switching between 200 and 300 Wpi
(80/120 W/cm) lamp power.
There is an hour timer to show how many hours the lamp has run.
Each conveyor comes complete with a high--quality Primarc manufactured
ultra violet lamp.
For the utmost user protection an earth--leakage circuit breaker system is
fitted.
