Welcome to OfficeSuite®. These easy-to-use instructions will guide you through the
installation of the Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 Conference Phone(s) for your OfficeSuite
system.
For an easy "how-to" video, point your browser to:

If you have any questions during activation, call us at 1-800-906-2000.
Before attempting installation:
• Ensure you have the correct parts.
o Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 Conference Phone
o Ethernet Cable
o Power Interface Cable
o Power Adapter
Note: Items c and d (in section 2) are only needed if you are not connecting
to a Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch.
o Optional Accessories
External Microphones (sold in a pair)
• You will need a spare port on your switch.
• Ensure you have an extension created for this device. You would go to "users and
locations" within the OfficeSuite® portal in order to perform this task.
• Ensure you have the public IP address for the location where this device will be installed.
• No special tools are required to install this device.
