Contact Directory

Contacts can be added from Call Lists. Refer to the

Add a Contact

1. Press
.
2. Select Features > Contact Directory.
3. Press the Add soft key.
4. Enter the contact information. Use the Next and Prev soft keys to scroll between fields.
5. Enter the contact's first/last name (optional).
6. Enter the contact's phone number (required).
7. Change the Speed Dial Index (optional). The contact is automatically assigned the next available
number.
8. Set the
Ring Type
9. Press the Save soft key.

Search for a Contact

1. Press
.
2. Select Features > Contact Directory.
3. Press the Search soft key.
4. Enter the first few characters of the contact's first or last name.
5. Press the Search soft key again.
