TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE –YUNCA FUZZY LOGIC CONTROL SYSTEM P1/2
PROBLEM
A. After turning on the
appliance it will not operate,
the PWR (power) indicator
on the control panel (Fig 4) is
not lit up.
B. After turning on the
appliance, it will not spark.
C. Sparking exists but pilot
flame will not light up.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
AC Power IS unplugged or loose, or the fuse has a short
Battery power is too low when using DC power
Battery Box has a failure or the connector pins are loose.
IR Receiver (Fig 4) is covered.
POWER button of Remote Control Unit was not pressed for
long enough.
Remote Control Unit has failed or there is no battery
power.
The connection wires between Front Control Board and
Rear Control Board are loose or have failed.
Front and Rear Control Board have a failure.
Gap between Spark Igniter and Grounding or sparking
gap is too big
Ceramic of Spark Igniter breaks or fails
High Voltage Cable has loosened, broken or has a short.
Pilot Set is not grounded.
Rear Control Board has a failure.
No gas supply.
Poor wire connection between Front and Rear Control
Board or connection wires have loosened.
Pilot Injector is blocked.
Rear Control Board has a failure.
SOLUTION
Reset the Power Plug or replace the Fuse. (fuse box is
located below "AC in", and slides out, spare fuse within)
Change battery or adjust the connector pins
Replace the Battery Box.
Uncover the IR Receiver.
Press POWER button for 2 seconds and release, then
press POWER button again.
Replace with new batteries or manually press the PWR
button on the front plate (Fig 4, page 11).
Check remote control batteries.
Re-arrange the connection wires or replace with a new wire
When replacing the wire set, use (-) type screwdriver to first
remove the plastic cover.
Replace Rear Control Board first. If still not working replace
Front Control Board.
Adjust the gap to 4 ± 0.5 mm.
(Cable Resistor should be connected close to spark Igniter.)
Replace with a new one.
Reset or replace with a new one.
Pilot tube must be grounded (Fix on the Control Valve)
Replace with a new one.
Check Test Point (by manometer) for gas pressure (Pg 7).
Re-arrange or replace a new wire set.
If there is gas pressure, it's necessary to replace Pilot Set or
drill the injector.
Nozzle diameter: LPG: 0.35 mm, NG: 0.55 mm.
Replace.
