When you select the Global Setup menu, the phone prompts you to
select Line 1 or Line 2. Then, you can choose one of the following
options to change the global settings for that line:

Special Feature Menus

The following menus control specific features of your phone. These
menus are explained under the section that describes the feature in
detail:
Menu:
Retrieve Msg
(handset only)
Ans. Setup
Call Blocking
Register
Handset (base
only)
Do not change this setting unless instructed to by customer
service.
Reset the voice message waiting indicator to bring it back
into sync with your voice mail service (see "Using Voice
Message Notification" on page 34).
This feature adds "0" or "00" at the beginning of the
number received from Caller ID. The default setting for
New Zealand is ON. The default setting for Australia is OFF.
Use it to:
Access your answering system
from a cordless handset
Change the settings for the
answering system on each
line.
View and edit the Call block list
Add new handsets or reset
a handset that isn't working
properly.
